My damn ankle has been acting up again :(
f**k that specialist.. never even tell me the actual situation, juz see mri nth wrong.. give pain killers, glucosetamin and cream.. bye! 5 min consulation for a bone specialist sia... wat a joke.. Weird blue blacks is appearing from my heel and is not subside for up to 2mths already.. i duno wat to do.. pain sometimes...
